What we collect
If you send an enquiry, the form collects your full name, company name, business email, optional telephone number, country, selected service interest, brief message and acknowledgement of this notice. Please do not submit identity documents, financial statements, bank records or account credentials.
Why we use it
The information is used to receive and respond to your business enquiry and to understand which proposed service pathway you wish to discuss. Submission does not create an advisory agreement.
Storage and access
Enquiries are sent to this website’s server and stored in a private Lovable Cloud database table after server-side validation. Public and signed-in visitor database roles have no direct table privileges or read policy. The server uses privileged credentials to write submissions; authorised access for staff has not yet been configured in the website. A keyed, one-way fingerprint of the requesting network address is stored with each enquiry to limit repeat submissions (up to five per hour per fingerprint). No public list of enquiries is provided.
Processing and sharing
Lovable Cloud processes and stores form submissions. The current form does not automatically email, forward or notify a broker, tax adviser or staff member; a response workflow has not yet been configured. Any later sharing relevant to an engagement should be explained separately.
Website analytics and cookies
The published website loads a platform-injected analytics script. Its code is configured to send page-visit events, including the page URL, referral page, browser user-agent, language and a country inferred from time zone, to a same-site analytics endpoint and web-vital measurements. The script creates a session-id cookie with a 30-minute lifespan to associate visits in a session; the hosting layer may also set a security cookie. The script contains a Tinybird event-tracking client, but the final receiving organisation and retention settings for the platform service have not yet been confirmed. The public website has no analytics consent control.
